1. Returns & Refunds for Products
Return Eligibility
We accept returns and refund requests under the following conditions:
Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
Item must be unused, unopened, properly sealed, and in original packaging
Valid proof of purchase (Order ID / Invoice) is required
Return shipping charges are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error
Non-Returnable Items
The following are NOT eligible for return or refund:
Medicines that are opened, unsealed, or used
Prescription medicines once shipped (unless damaged / wrong delivered)
Hygiene products or personal care items once unsealed
Items damaged due to customer mishandling or improper storage
Products marked “non-returnable” at the time of purchase
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
Share clear photos or a video showing the issue
Once verified, we will arrange:
A replacement OR
A full refund
Refund Process
Refunds are processed to the original payment method
Time required: 5–10 business days after product inspection
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the issue was our error

The order has not yet been shipped
